Citizen of France thanked Perm investigator

Laurence Thierry, citizen of the small French town Metz addressed the head of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Perm area general Yuri Gorlov asking to thank investigator Dmitry Kuzin who had helped the foreigner in trouble in Russia.

It was like this: Laurence Thierry is head of a travel agency in France and frequently visits Russia on business. This time he was on a business trip in Krasnokamsk.

"Late at night I got acquainted with the son of an influential man of the city who behaved unlike a gentleman," said Laurence Thierry. "He smashed me and stole my money.

The foreigner appealed to the local department of militia, and a criminal case was initiated.

"Soon I met the investigator Dmitry Kuzin, and I was pleasantly impressed with our meeting, - Mr. Thierry continues. "He is a competent, impartial policeman. My offender fled for a long time, but Dmitry Vyacheslavovich, despite all ranks and titles, enforced and made sure the damage inflicted on me was fully compensated. My offender was brought to responsibility and I was convinced: the Russian justice works efficiently!
