Automobile ladies of Gorno-Altaisk carried out an automobile race "Protect children on roads"

Representatives of the fair sex and the state inspection of traffic safety have united their efforts to reduce the number of traffic accidents involving children.

Such campaign takes place in Gorno-Altaisk and Republic Altai for the first time, as part of the all-Russian campaign "Caution: children!". According to the driving ladies, the priorities of their automobile race are: to solve the problem of the children's safe behavior in streets and roads, to attract the attention of adult drivers and pedestrians to problems of traffic injuries of children.

The cars of the participants the campaign decorated with balloons resembling traffic lights by color as well as slogans on their windows, involuntarily caught one's eye. Moving through the city from one end to another of, the ladies made stops and carried out outreach activities for drivers and pedestrians, distributing fly-sheets and newspapers "Kind road of childhood", "STOP newspaper".

The participants and the providers of the automobile race hope to prevent the further growth of the rate of traffic accidents involving children, to pay attention of both drivers and parents to the problem of children's traffic injuries.

The automobile ladies hope that adult drivers and pedestrians will now be more seriously concerned about the observance of the existing rules and be examples for their children to follow.
