Children's motor vehicle park has appeared in Republic Altai to let school children study traffic safety rules
The pupils of the school in the village Dmitrievka Turochak district received a wonderful gift on the occasion of the beginning of a new school year: in September, a children's motor vehicle park meeting up-to-date requirements to studying traffic safety rules opened here for the school children of the district.
It took the talented teacher, the Jack of all hands Alexander Popov three months to make streets covered with asphalt, crossroads, traffic signs, a railway crossing and, certainly, traffic lights appear on a small waste ground covered with bush.
The management of the republican Ministry of Interior, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, the official authorities of the district and the rural school provided essential support to the head of the team of young traffic inspectors which has been an unrivalled leader of the republican contest "Safe wheel" for four years.
One can hardly imagine that before this remarkable event in the history of the school the young traffic inspectors of Dmitrievka had had to comprehend the basics of traffic safety rules in a narrow corridor of the school.
The reason for making a children's motor vehicle park, according to Alexander Popov, is the existing problem of traffic injuries involving children. Information conveyed to children without visual aids will hardly remain in their memories long.
Now in the improvised streets the school children can obtain the vital rules of road behavior in practice. Also, the team of young traffic inspectors from Dmitrievka intends to become the strongest team in the country now that all necessary conditions and preconditions are created to achieve this objective.
The children's motor vehicle park in Dmitrievka has all reasons to be recognized as the best motor vehicle park in the republic. Visiting it one understands how much love and care was put into its creation. By the way, the monetary expense for the park was not high at all, because all the devices were constructed by Alexander Popov from improvised means. Now both fosterlings of kindergartens, and pupils of educational institutions of the district train their knowledge of traffic safety rules here.
