Head of Internal Affairs Directorate in Ulyanovsk region held personal meeting with difficult teenagers

The head of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Ulyanovsk region together with the Governor, Chairman of the government of Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov implemented the program of patronizing teenagers who are under supervision of the law enforcement bodies.

Each of them was patronized by a tutor from among honored people of the region, active workers of the social movement, politicians, major businessmen and skilled militia employees.

For the purpose of prevention of teenage offences, the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Ulyanovsk region Andrey Larionov held two meetings with schoolchildren who are under militia supervision on September 2, 2010.

The first personal meeting with difficult teenagers was held by the main militia officer of the region in the comprehensive school in Isheevka settlement of Ulyanovsk district. During the conversation Andrey Larionov mentioned some highly topical matters and basic problems which children face on the way of formation of their personality.

He explained to the children that militia employees are primarily qualified as assistants to young citizens who are in difficult life situations and have some contradictions with the law. The basic message which the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate tried to get across to the school children is that it was necessary to know one's rights and to respect the rights of other people, to learn to avoid trouble which may occur to children in the beginning of their life.

The next conversation took place with pupils of the technical school in the settlement Bolshoye Nagatkino of Tsilninsky district. Both meetings were casual and friendly, the children listened to Andrey Larionov with interest, answered his questions, and willingly maintained the contact as a whole.

The management of the Internal Affairs Directorate will regularly carry out such events actions because each individual child should be given consideration, their problems solved. Each of them needs a helping hand to overcome a difficult situation, to normalize the relationship with parents and contemporaries.
