Campaign "Child - passenger - safety" in Lipetsk

Today in Lipetsk there passed the next stage of the campaign "the Child - the passenger - safety". The State Traffic Patrol Department spent it together with the Information and PR department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Lipetsk region and representatives of the Public council at the Internal Affairs Directorate on Lipetsk region.

The purpose of the event is to convince adults it is obligatory to use special keeping devices by transportation children in cars.

At the initiative of the public it was got ten children's automobile armchairs, and patrol cars went by kindergartens where many parents bring the kids in cars.

Infringers did not keep itself waiting. On a question of the inspector of the road patrol service why rules of safe transportation of children are not observed, practically all answered same - all "hands do not reach purchase of the keeping device".

- Children - the most important thing in our life, - the member of the Public council, the clergyman of the Evdokievsky temple priest Andrey addressed to infringers. - and, unfortunately, happens, they suffer from our negligence. We in the answer for that our children grew brought up, legislative and healthy. All goes from a family. When parents from infancy will accustom children to observance of certain rules, including the example then the situation with the children's injuries on roads will change for the better.

After drawing up of the report participants of the campaign handed over to infringers a children's armchair.

- Very unexpectedly, - did not hide surprise one of such careless parents Sergey Ivanov. - now precisely my child in safety will be. I will establish it today in the car.

- Children's safety for us above all, - speaks one more participant of the campaign, a member of the Public council at the Internal Affairs Directorate on region Evgeniy Rasskazov. - to influence consciousness of irresponsible parents it is necessary in all possible ways, only then we achieve good results. Also I hope, this campaign helps necessarily us with it. Punishment, certainly, is necessary, but here such action on contrast when after report drawing up the gift is handed over, it seems to me, even influences people more strongly.

Organizers of the campaign plan to spend such actions and further, and it would be desirable to hope that shortly they cease to be necessity.
