Campaign "Mobile patrol" started in Kemerovo region

During the campaign declared by the militia of Kemerovo region, the inhabitants can render invaluable help in disclosing illegal acts by shooting an incident they eyewitness. The basic idea of the project can be described by the phrase "Do not keep out! Make the city safer!"

Quite often ordinary inhabitants of Kemerovo region find themselves to be happenstance witnesses of traffic accidents, administrative offences and even crimes. Evidence of these people is very important during preliminary investigation. Nearly everyone has a mobile phone today. Most of them have photo and video shooting options. Witnessing an offence, the person can take a shot or a sequence using the camera in the mobile phone. This is how important evidence may be obtained to be further used within the criminal or administrative proceedings.

We shall remind that the citizens can publish their materials and comments to them at the official website of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Kemerovo region. Each such submitted material will be checked in a mandatory manner. Those whose photos or video sequences will turn out useful for the militia purposes will be awarded. Also, once in a month a special commitment prize will be drawn among the participants of the project "Mobile patrol".
