First Deputy Minister of internal affairs of Russia Mikhail Suhodolsky arrived to Kazan

Today to Kazan there arrived the First Deputy Minister of internal affairs of the Russian Federation colonel general of militia Mikhail Suhodolsky.

The purpose of a working trip - participation in session of working group on safety of Council at the President of the Russian Federation and carrying out of the special tactical doctrine of units of the Ministry of Interior in Republic Tatarstan.

At international airport "Kazan" of guests of honor met: the First vice-premier of Tatarstan Ravil Muratov, the Minister of Interior in Republic Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, heads of the Ministry of Interior in Republic Tatarstan.

Mikhail Suhodolsky took part in the ninth session of working group on safety of Council at the President of the Russian Federation on development of physical training and sports, sports of the higher achievements, preparation and carrying out of 22 Olympic winter games and 11 Paralympics 2014 in Sochi, 27th World summer university game of 2013 in Kazan.

In session took part: the deputy director of the Federal Security Service of Russia Oleg Syromolotov, the First Deputy Minister of internal affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail Suhodolsky, the Minister of Interior in Republic Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, the head of department of the Federal Security Service of Russia in Republic Tatarstan Evgeniy Vdovin and many other things.

Participants of working group paid special attention to current conditions and the basic problems arising in connection with preparation for 27th World summer University game 2013. This maintenance of safety of objects of the University game in their designing and building, maintenance of ecological safety.

Members of working group visited tennis Academy, the University game village, a new building of Management of the Kazan University game, the Palace of single combats.

During a working trip Mikhail Suhodolsky visited the Ministry of Interior in Republic Tatarstan. It got acquainted with work of the alert department, the Anti-recessionary center at the Cabinet to Republic Tatarstan where the newest equipment was shown it.

Besides, Mikhail Suhodolsky took part in the special tactical doctrine of units of the Ministry of Interior in Republic Tatarstan. The action purposes - to check up level of readiness of law enforcement bodies to search and detention of especially dangerous criminals, to define possibility of use of helicopters for carrying out of search actions and operative delivery of SWAT for detention of malefactors.

Under the decision of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation since August 1st experiment carrying out on round-the-clock watch of helicopter technics for operative reaction to signals about incidents is planned. This experiment is spent all in two regions of Russia - Moscow and Tatarstan.
