Inhabitant of Samara thanked the Minister of Interior of Russia for education of diligent militia employees

To the Minister of Interior of Russia of General of the Army Rashida Gumarovicha Nurgalieva from Samara the letter from Olga Merkulova with certificate of appreciation shigonskim to militia officers came. In it she told about the case which has occurred on July 2nd, 2010.

On that day Olga Aleksandrovna and her daughter got to traffic accident and its car moved down in a ditch. There was this trouble on rural road, there was a night, therefore she did not expect fast help. But it is unexpected for it, soon after a call to militia there were employees of the road patrol service and the patrol and inspection militia service.

From the beginning they tried to pull out by own strength the car from a ditch, but all was useless. Law enforcement officers did not despair and caused a special equipment which delivered the car in service.

Olga Merkulov was in a shock condition, therefore at registration of traffic accident militia officers offered it to tea and in every possible way tried to calm.

When all formalities were settled, there was already late night, the car is damaged, and to destination it was necessary to go 25 kilometres. Inspectors and helped with it to the woman. They brought it there on a patrol car.

In the letter Olga Merkulov notices that it was very pleasant to meet in rural remote places of the law enforcement officers who have kept such for a long time forgotten many quality, as kindness, humanity, live participation to another's trouble and disinterested aid. It expresses sincere certificate of appreciation to inspectors of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the internal affairs department on Shigonsky district of the Samara region to lieutenants of militia to Alexander Muratovu and Igor Prokudenko.

On the basis of its letter the Management of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Samara region made the decision on encouragement of the specified employees with the monetary award. Now these two militia officers are held up as an example to other law enforcement officers of the Samara region.
