On July 21st, 2010 the Minister of Interior in Republic Tatarstan Asgat Safarov met labour collective of Republican clinical hospital.
Asgat Safarov got acquainted with work of the Educational center of high medical technologies. In the educational center surgeons, neurosurgeons, traumatologists, kardiohirurgi which master new approaches for treatment of the most difficult diseases are trained. Listeners of the center visit theoretical and a practical training, fulfils skills on computer simulators and in the training operational.

Without dialogue with people we do not have "light future" I, my assistants and heads of all units annually visit labour collectives of republic face to face to communicate to people for whom we work, to answer questions, to listen to claims.
In the beginning of conversation for medical workers the film devoted to strengthening of interaction of law enforcement bodies of republic with the population was shown. Asgat Safarov told about results of work of the Ministry of Interior in Republic Tatarstan for 1 half-year 2010.
Heads of the Ministry of Interior, attach special significance to similar meetings which are annually spent practically at all large enterprises of republic. Direct dialogue allows to receive "firsthand" the information on militia activity as well as to learn about problems of inhabitants of republic. Besides, at similar meetings it is possible to communicate "alive", excluding formalities.
Meetings of heads of law enforcement bodies with labour collectives as a whole are aimed at association of efforts of law enforcement bodies, public organizations and citizens in formation of system of prevention of offences, increase of level of trust of the population to militia.
