On streets of a polar city with unusual mission there passed the mayor of Norilsk Sergey Shmakov and the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate Nikolay Aksenov. Carrying out of conversations with inhabitants about harm of alcohol was a problem of heads.
Such preventive detour with participation of militia and volunteers is spent not for the first time - the interdepartmental campaign "Social patrol", passing throughout all short northern summer, puts the purposes familiarising of townsmen with culture of consumption of beer and spirits and protection of younger generation of negative examples from adults. This time to disaccustom citizens to spirits solved by means of ice-cream.
The patrol headed by the head of Norilsk militia and the chapter of the city, went on the main city street and vacation spots of people adjoining to it. In it is emphasized to the polite form "patrolmen" told to the citizens taken by surprise about harm of alcohol and the possible dangers connected with its use in places of leisure.
The having a rest youth was much surprised to occurrence of the main Norilsk militia officer and the mayor of the city. The preventive conversation appeared efficient - all in an hour alcohol on ice-cream changed about hundred persons.
"Social patrol" found the ready response among younger generation of inhabitants of Norilsk: during the campaign children joined militia officers and volunteers aged of 10-12 years. Young assistants actively took part in conversations and deservedly got for the work on ice-cream.
