Preventive campaign "Child-passenger-safety" took place in Lipetsk region

Today, employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate together with members of the Public council at the Internal Affairs Directorate in Lipetsk region carried out the preventive campaign "Child-passenger-safety". During the campaign visits to preschool institutions were arranged. The purpose of the employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate and members of the Public council at the Internal Affairs Directorate in Lipetsk region was to remind parents of the safety of their own children depending on their correct behavior on road, observance of all traffic safety rules. It was a question of impermissibility to transport children in motor vehicles without special retaining devices.

The senior inspector for special commissions of the STSI administrative office of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Lipetsk region lieutenant colonel of militia Vladimir Parakhin addressed the parents telling them about the sad consequences of driving parents' carelessness such as not fastening children by seat belts, or not using special children's retaining devices.

The clergyman of Yevdokia's temple of Lipetsk father Andrey agreed with these words. He urged all parents to be more attentive to children, to think once again of their safety and to make the only correct decision possible: not to break traffic safety rules including the rule of transportation of children in vehicles. During the conversation special instruction booklets for traffic participants and the latest issues of the monthly newspaper "News from Road Patrol Service" were handed to parents.

From the theory participants of the campaign proceeded to practice: members of the Public council at the Internal Affairs Directorate in Lipetsk region together with road patrol service squads patrolled preventively the busiest roads of the city.
