Mobile complex of video observation appeared in militia of Kemerovo city

Except the pedestrian and automobile patrol and inspection squads, bicycle patrols, horse militia, road patrol service and private security service crews in streets Kemerovo the direction finder will be on duty now and mobile video.

The militia of Kemerovo received this gift to the 65th Anniversary. Similar mobile complexes of video observation already work in Voronezh, Chelyabinsk, Perm and other cities of Russia.

To garrison of militia of the regional center of Kuzbas transferred car "Gazelle" which within two weeks will be equipped by the modern equipment of external supervision. The new complex is transferred the patrol and inspection service separate squadron, and after re-equipment will be included in system of squads of the uniform disposition providing maintenance of public order in streets of Kemerovo. On a roof of "Gazelle" two video cameras rotating on 360 degrees will be equipped. Radius of action of the chamber - about 500 metres.

This complex will be applied not only on public events, but also in daily activity to militia officers of Kemerovo. In usual days the car will patrol most kriminogennye city sites. The modern technics will serve militia officers for search of the persons who are wanted on suspicion in a commission of a crime or without a message of the gone. Also this complex will be used for disclosing and suppression of street crimes. The signal about an offence fixed by mobile video by a direction finder, will be transferred at once to the nearest police squad. If the criminal all the same manages to disappear, high quality of the image allows quickly and to make qualitatively its identikit. It is planned that car crew will consist of four militia employees. While such mobile "militia point" one, but is planned to buy in the near future some more such cars. The new complex begins patrol of streets in two weeks.
