Competition for title of best head of the internal affairs department took place in Khakassia for the first time

Tickets, practical training and excitement. All these efforts habitual for students it was necessary to go through to heads of militia. In a current of three days at the Ministry of Interior of Khakassia there passed unusual examinations for heads. Officers of militia from all republic struggled for a rank of the best. At the initiative of Ilya Olkhovskiy competition of the proficiency for heads of the internal affairs department for the first time was arranged.

Check of practical and theoretical knowledge on range practice became the first test. Here almost all participants appeared at height.

In following test to manage to apply a bandage and "to return by a life" an electronic dummy to participants it was necessary to recollect skills on medical preparation.

Contenders with interest observed one after another and rejoiced to successes of colleagues. And the most important thing is marked by militia officers, it was necessary to test for a long time the forgotten feelings - excitement and a shiver before examination.

But examination on knowledge of traffic safety rules appeared the most difficult test. It included also a practical part on an autodrome where the competitors showed skills of figured driving.

For the second day heads of the internal affairs department had to overcome some more tests. Militia officers should show knowledge of regulatory legal acts and good physical preparation.

The winner in all tests was chosen only for the third day of persistent and hard struggle. In solemn conditions of the competitors the Minister of Interior of Khakassia congratulated. Participants received valuable gifts from Ilya Olkhovskiy's hands. The minister thanked participants for excellent results. Then the head of the Ministry of Interior in Republic Khakassia noticed that competition helps heads with epaulets to update knowledge of the theory and practice and once again to check up the proficiency.

Participants admit, not looking at excitement, for these days they recollected a youth, felt pupils and had simply a rest. The decision to hold such unusual competition annually is accepted.
