Project "Mobile patrol" starts in Kemerovo region

Quite often usual citizens become involuntary witnesses of traffic accident, administrative offences and even crimes, their indications are very important during preliminary investigation carrying out. If courage suffices one to interfere with a situation others very often simply pass by. At the same time mobile phones which are available today practically for each person, generally can carry out a photo-and a video shooting.

If the person does not venture to interfere and stop a crime or an offence is independent, it can remove all it on the chamber of the mobile phone, thereby in his hands there will be very important proofs which can be used in materials of criminal or administrative business.

The Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Kemerovo region declares the campaign beginning "Mobile patrol". Now each inhabitant of Kemerovo region can rise on the law enforcement officer in the city or settlement. Removing on the chamber any incident which eyewitnesses they became, inhabitants of the region render the invaluable help in disclosing of illegal acts.

"Do not stand aside! Make the city more safely!" - the main plan of this project. In militia plan to make its long-term, but all depends on activity of inhabitants of the region.

Inhabitants can publish the photo-and video data and comments on an official site of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Kemerovo region. On each such material check will be spent without fail. Authors, whose photos or video shootings assist militia, will encourage. And once a month among participants of the project "Mobile patrol" will be spent draw of a special prize for unindifference.
