First results of work of system "Safe city" are summed up in Vladimir

The system started to work in the regional center last year. In Vladimir 52 video surveillance cameras today are established.

By means of the navigating equipment "GLONASS" in the alert department round the clock watch conditions in places populous and using bad glory.

The chamber gives the chance to observe of an overall picture or to increase separate fragments that promotes prevention of offences in streets and helps with disclosing of crimes. As a result level of street criminality managed to be lowered on 15,7%.

For example, the video surveillance system, allowed to open a robbery of lottery club without delay: criminals in masks selected at the cashier of 15,000 roubles and tried to disappear on the car. From a pursuit they tried to leave on small streets, but were detained by militia officers after a quarter of hour.
