Militia officers of Primorye area take part in operative strategic practice "East 2010"

The results of the 1^st stage of the interdepartmental operative strategic practice "East 2010" are summed up at the Internal Affairs Directorate in Primorye area. The deputy head of the Staff Assistance Department of the Ministry of Interior of Russia - the head of the mobilization preparation department major general of internal service Sergey Stepin was intermediary for the game team of the militia bodies of Primorye area.

Among the objectives of the participants is working in wartime circumstances, planning operative service and combat missions for optimal participation in the territorial defense, maintenance of the defense emergency mode and special operations performed by forces of a united military group.

Receiving directive command papers and conditions to occur, members of the game team operatively reacted and accomplished missions in an aggravating situation, made conclusions, improved the accuracy of specific aspects of interaction and the organization of all-round maintenance of involved forces, executed supervision over the activity of their subordinates.

The law enforcement bodies performed missions concerning the stabilization of the operative situation, accomplished operative service and combat tasks. Special priority was given to the prevention and suppression of provocations and other attempts of destabilization of the operative and political situation, to keeping the forces and means ready for actions in a rapidly aggravating operative situation.
