Interdepartmental preventive campaign "Family" started in Kuzbas

The Central Internal Affairs Directorates in Kemerovo region together with the Commission on affairs of minors and protection of their rights at the governor of Kuzbas as well as departments of social protection of the population, science and education, the youth policy and sports, work and employment of the population till the end of this year will give special attention problem and to dysfunctional families.

One of the reasons of criminality of minors, their neglect and vulnerability family trouble is. Dissonances and conflicts in families become the present reasons "household terror" from which in what not guilty children more often suffer. Because of it children escape from the house, start to be on the tramp, and, as consequence - neglect, an early alcoholism and a narcotism...

The juvenile inspectors ascertain - not all parents properly are engaged in education of children, and some of them and at all consider this employment useless.

The problem of the interdepartmental campaign declared in Kuzbas "Family" - as much as possible to improve a climate in problem families that as the smaller number of children from them is possible got on the account to militia.

The primary goals which for militia and responsible services will remain a priority till the end of this year - maintenance of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors; revealing of children and their parents who have appeared in difficult life situation, rendering of social, material and other help by it; revealing of parents-alcoholics and addicts; suppression of the facts of cruel treatment with teenagers in families as well as cases of involving of children in commission of crimes and antisocial actions and many other things. This work is carried out daily, but during carrying out of the campaign "Family" this activity in all directions will be strengthened.

Organizers of the campaign plan to create "telephone hotline" and the Internet site on which children and the adults who have appeared in difficult life situation, can address for consultation, the social, legal and psychological help round the clock.
