Policemen from the African countries Republic Chad and Republic Ivory Coast have accomplished their training course at the advanced training faculty. From June 14 till July 2 they undertook training to cover the subject "Tactics and techniques of investigation of specific kinds of crimes".
The program of the short-term training course to cover the subject "Tactics and techniques of disclosing and investigating specific kinds of crimes" included both theoretical and practical training exercises which were held in forensic ranges of the academy and on visits to units of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Volgograd region.
Policemen from Chad and Ivory Coast got acquainted at the local level with the work of the Russian colleagues. They visited the laboratories of the criminal expertise center, the Internal Affairs Directorate in Volgograd, etc.
After the training the head of Volgograd academy of the Ministry of Interior of Russia major general of militia V.I. Tretyakov solemnly handed certificates about the completed advanced training to the graduates. Vladimir Ivanovich congratulated the colleagues on the successful accomplishment of studying and expressed his confidence that they will successfully apply the obtained knowledge and skills in office activity of law enforcement bodies in their states, thereby strengthening the partner relations between the Russian Federation and African countries in terms of training highly qualified personnel for the solution of counteraction to criminality issues.
The graduates thanked the management of the academy, the advanced training faculty for the warm welcome, the opportunity to improve their proficiency.
In conclusion the parties exchanged souvenirs. The memorable gifts given to the head of the academy supplemented the exposition of the museum of Volgograd academy of the Ministry of Interior of Russia.
