Public council at Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Krasnoyarsk area continues studies involving militia employees

On July 1, the motor show "Medved-holding" hosted studies arranged by the Public council at the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Krasnoyarsk area for employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate undergoing training at the Professional education center.

Member of the public council Nikolay Byakov and his employees have thoroughly prepared themselves for the meeting with militia employees. They told the inspectors about what devices of the safety system modern cars are equipped with, showed VIN numbers of motor vehicles and explained how signs of change modification of VIN numbers on units can be determined when surveying cars.

Besides, the militia officers had a look at how the modern European equipment is used for technical surveys of motor vehicles, learnt about existing techniques for revealing latent defects and malfunctions of a vehicle.

According to Nikolay Byakov, the public is interested in having highly professional militia bodies and should therefore help it improve its proficiency in every way possible.
