"School of novice analysts" is established for employees at Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Kemerovo region

The management of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Kemerovo region regularly takes measures to increase the proficiency of employees responsible for the information, analytical and scientific maintenance of the operational activity.

It is for them that the "School of novice analysts" was established. Among those who participate in this interesting and useful project are employees of the office of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate as well as representatives of internal affairs managements and departments in municipal entities of Kemerovo region.

Each employee should have opportunities for the continuous self-education to better to adapt to the particularities of his or her profession. This is also the purpose for establishing the "School of novice analysts". The seminars and practical studies were already held at the Central Internal Affairs Directorate as well as the Internal Affairs Directorate in the cities Anzhero-Sujensk, Mezhdurechensk, Prokopyevsk and in the internal affairs department in Topky district.

Having studied the requirements and difficulties of the participants of the project concerning the professional activity, the providers of the project have prepared a thematic plan which regulates the studies at the "School of novice analysts".

The program of studies is rich enough and versatile. Within the remote training course the students not only improve the professional competence independently, but also take part in seminars, round table meetings, practical workshops and master classes offered to them by the providers.

Also, scientists and researchers are invited to the participation in the educational. They hold lectures for the students touching upon various aspects of the law enforcement employees' office activity.

Besides, the participants of the "School of novice analysts" individually study the recommended literature and carry out researches of the offered problems. All tasks accomplished are subject to reviews where special attention is given to how fully the matter is presented and how well the essence of the problem is understood. Also, the ability to compare, analyze, do independent conclusions and accurately state one's views. Besides, each attendee of the school can acquire advisory assistance as necessary.
