Campaign "Feedback" started in Kaluga region

On July 1, the campaign "Feedback" started at the Internal Affairs Directorate in Kaluga region.

Its providers set an objective: to study the public opinion about the work of alert officers of city and regional internal affairs departments, to use the results for improvement of the reaction to citizens' messages about crimes and incidents.

Within the limits of the campaign, sealed containers are put at entrances to all territorial internal affairs departments of the region, with special cards of three colors attached to them. Each color depicts a certain attitude of the citizen to the militia activity. If people are satisfied by the reaction of the employees to their message, they can drop a green card into the container. Those who are displeased can choose the red one while the yellow card will remain for those whose attitude is neutral. Beside the assessment of militia's activity, a request or question to the management of the law enforcement body may be written down on the back side of the card.

Every month, representatives of the regional Internal Affairs Directorate will study the contents of the containers and report the results to the management. Depending on the prevailing color, decisions will be made on how well employees of alert departments work with the population and recommendations on the work improvement will be given. The campaign "Feedback" will continue till December 31.
