The basic attention of the Center of maintenance of maintenance of public order of the Ministry of Interior of Russia in I-ì was aimed half-year 2010 at the decision of problems on public order maintenance in streets of the Russian cities, to the prevention and suppression of crimes during mass and sports actions.
Maintenance of public order and safety of citizens were provided up to the mark about what in an opening speech at meeting on summarising of activity of the Center of maintenance of maintenance of public order of the Ministry of Interior of Russia for the first half of the year 2010, taken place on July 7th, the head of the center colonel of militia Victor Podkolzin told.
He in particular noticed that this work was under construction in close interaction with all services and units of the Ministry of Interior of Russia, authorities of various levels, within the limits of the state system of prevention of offences. As result - crime rate decrease.
One of priorities of work of the Center of maintenance of maintenance of public order of the Ministry of Interior of Russia is maintenance of the law and order and safety of citizens during mass, sports and political actions.
During six months of 2010 the Center of maintenance of maintenance of public order completely executed a complex of the planned organizational and practical measures aimed at performance of requirements of the Instruction of the Ministry of Interior of Russia, decisions of the board of the Ministry of Interior of Russia and plans of the basic organizational actions of the Ministry and Department.
Successes of the Russian sportsmen on world scenes cause recently heightened interest of citizens to competitions, involve the increasing number of spectators on stadiums. However, as practice shows, with increase in mass character of these actions criminalisation of this sphere, athletic fields not seldom increases become a place of various extremist effects and vandalism. Therefore the Ministry of Interior of Russia gives special attention to questions of maintenance of the law and order and safety of citizens during sports actions.
The basic attention of the Center this year also was aimed at situation monitoring in regions in the conditions of world financial and an economic crisis, timely revealing and forecasting of the centers of social intensity, complication of operative conditions and immediate development of necessary administrative decisions on their neutralisation.
As a whole on the country in maintenance of maintenance of public order and safety of citizens in the first half of the year 2010 it was involved about 300,000 employees of law enforcement bodies. Result of the harmonious and competently built work was suppression of infringements of a public order in carrying out of solemn, mass, cultural and sports actions.
The head of the Center paid attention present that else bolshy the volume of problems should be solved and in the second half of the year.
Together with territorial bodies, law enforcement bodies should provide the law and order and safety during of some large political, sports and cultural-spectacular actions with mass stay of the population.
- Therefore in the near future the center management plans to accept a number of measures on perfection of activity of units the public safety militia in law and order maintenance in streets and in other public places in carrying out of mass and sports actions and to attraction of citizens to maintenance of maintenance of public order, - Victor Podkolzin told in end of the performance.
Then heads of departments of the Center of maintenance of maintenance of public order of the Ministry of Interior of Russia acted with reports on the done work on aspects of activity. Following the results of meeting work of the Center of maintenance of maintenance of public order was recognised by satisfactory.
